Strategic Introduction to the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Hospital Management

In the dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape, the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerges as a key tool for transforming and optimizing hospital management. This course is designed to provide health professionals linked to hospital management with an understanding of how AI can be strategically applied to improve efficiency, clinical decision-making and quality of care.

In a context where technology and medicine converge, we will explore not only the theoretical foundations of AI, but also its practical application in hospital management through visits to companies linked to this topic in the health area. From identifying specific opportunities and challenges in healthcare to implementing and evaluating innovative solutions, this course will provide the tools needed to effectively lead AI initiatives.

Through specialized modules, we will address key issues such as data and privacy management, impact and performance evaluation, and the implementation of solutions in hospital environments. Upon completion, participants will be equipped with the strategic vision and practical skills necessary to lead the successful integration of AI into hospital management, always maintaining a focus focused on ethics and continuous improvement.

It will be an educational journey that will not only illuminate the complexities of AI in the health field, but will also empower attendees to lead change and innovation in their own medical institutions.

The program consists of 40 teaching hours, of which 16 hours will be spent visiting companies related to the health sector and carrying out AI initiatives. There will also be a complementary program that will consist of a visit to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium and a gala dinner at the Real Madrid restaurant.
