En virtud de lo previsto en el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias, el estudiante tiene derecho a desistir del contrato celebrado a distancia (por teléfono, internet, correo postal, fax, en su domicilio, etc) en un plazo de 14 días naturales sin necesidad de justificación, contados desde la formalización de la matrícula, para desistir del contrato, con derecho al reintegro de las cantidades abonadas, mediante comunicación escrita a administracion@mbitschool.com . En ningún caso, se procederá al reintegro de las cantidades abonadas en concepto de gastos de administración y gestión para la formalización de la matrícula, que ascienden a 400€.
Tras los 14 días naturales de formalización de la matrícula, el alumno podrá cancelar su inscripción hasta 15 días hábiles antes de la fecha de impartición de la primera sesión del curso, con derecho a devolución del 80% del importe satisfecho descontando los gastos de administración y gestión para la formalización de la matrícula, que asciende a 400€.
El alumno podrá cancelar su inscripción con menos de 14 días hábiles antes de la fecha de impartición de la primera sesión del curso, con derecho a devolución del 50% del importe satisfecho descontando los gastos de administración y gestión para la formalización de la matrícula, que asciende a 400€.
La cancelación una vez comenzado el curso, no da derecho a devolución alguna. La no asistencia a clase, no da derecho a la devolución total ni parcial del importe de la inscripción.
